Away from the spotlight of launches elsewhere, Alfa Romeo’s new car has been photographed during a filming day being carried out at Fiorano in Italy.
Fresh from a day’s promotional work with Alfa Romeo in Italy, Kimi Raikkonen & Antonio Giovinazzi made their way to the race circuit of Fiorano for Alfa’s first filming day (of two) in 2019.
Used by many teams as a means of shaking down their car and carrying out systems checks ahead of pre-season testing, Toro Rosso, Red Bull Racing & Mercedes have all already carried out their first filming days of the year.
Unfortunately for Alfa Romeo, photographers have managed to snap spy photos of the new car driving around Fiorano at Ferrari’s base at Maranello. With Kimi Raikkonen at the wheel for his first driving duties of 2019, the car sports a fresh new livery that is likely to only be in place for testing due to its camouflage nature.
