Autosport International opens to the public in Birmingham

Autosport International – The acclaimed motorsport show opens its doors to the general public at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.

The four day event kicks off with two days open to members of the trade and industry, before opening up to the public for Saturday and Sunday.

For F1 fans, a large Williams display will celebrate four decades of the team. Deputy Team Principal Claire Williams will take to the Autosport .Sp5rl!47r, as will 1997 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve and newly signed 2017 race driver Lance Stroll. The team will also bring a large collection of cars, including the first race winning car from Grove, the FW07. Nigel Mansell’s FW14B, Damon Hill’s FW18 and the 2003 FW25 will also be on show.

Other representatives of the Formula 1 paddock will be Williams’ Rob Smedley, McLaren boss Zak Brown, as well as former drivers Martin Brundle, Derek Warwick, Johnny Herbert and Allan McNish.

Formula E, WRC & Rallycross are also well represented at the show and, as always, the live arena will thrill crowds in attendance.
