Stéphane Sarrazin will replace Esteban Gutiérrez at Techeetah for the rest of the season, with Dillmann taking the vacant seat at the Venturi team.
With Gutiérrez moving to IndyCar for the remainder of 2017 to fill in for the injured Sébastien Bourdais, Techeetah have moved to sign Sarrazin until the end of the season, partnering Jean-Éric Vergne.
In turn, Tom Dillmann will fill the vacant seat at Venturi and partner Maro Engel until the end of the season.
“A positive solution for all those involved,” said Venturi Team Principal Gildo Pallanca Pastor.
“With his experience, Stephane will be embraced by Techeetah and at the same time, the season will offer Tom the chance of gathering further important experiences, with Venturi.
“This means that all the three Venturi joint drivers, Maro Engel, Stephane Sarrazin and Tom Dillmann will contest the coming championship rounds in Berlin, New York and Montreal.”
Sarrazin has raced in Formula E since the series began in 2014, racing for Venturi in all events. He secured a pole position at the 2015 London ePrix (season one) and claimed second place in the 2016 Long Beach ePrix (season two).
Dillmann has already raced for Venturi this season, with Maro Engel racing in the DTM, the Frenchman was on hand to compete at the Paris ePrix, finishing the race in eighth place and claiming four points.
Gutiérrez has participated in three Formula E races. He was brought in to replace Ma Qing Hua from the Mexico City ePrix, also racing in Monaco and Paris, collecting five points in total.
